Furthermore, our communities participating in this state program are making big efforts to support you as you settle in the local area by providing information in English about upcoming local events. This is meant to make it easier for you to know what's happening close to you and help you participate in community life. After all, your community strives for an open and active German-American relationship and wants to let you know that you're more than welcome to prosper as member of the community. Next program events
City Tour Ramstein in English - 09/26: 4 p.m.
Explore the town center of Ramstein and hear about the historic development of the former farming village into a modern and international city. You will get to see traces of the past and the oldest buildings in town. Besides that, the tour provides lots of information about present urban development and leisure activities.
The event is family-friendly and free of charge! Please wear comfortable shoes and be up to explore the city walking. As a goody a cool drink and snack will be offered at the end of the tour. You are welcome to stay and enjoy the atmosphere with free admission!

German-American Stammtisch Ramstein - 10/02: 6.30 pm
Our state initiative "Welcome to Rheinland-Pfalz"!" hosts the next meeting of the German-American Stammtisch Ramstein on October 2, 6.30 pm at the Restaurant Da Nino, Am Kiefernkopf 20, Ramstein-Miesenbachwith friendly support from local volunteers.
The Stammtisch aims to facilitate the local German-American exchange and provides a recurring forum for Americans and locals to meet and get to know each other. Come out, chat with your neighbors, and learn about the local way of life over dinner!
