    Description

In 2001, the artist couple (XX first name) and (first name) Gaydosch created the wall relief "The last greeting" in the cemetery hall from hand-modeled, double-fired, and glazed pieces of clay. The idea behind it is the depiction of the inseparable unity of life and death. The part on the right is colorful and turbulent like life: A mourning family with a wreath stands for the pain of parting. This part is more restless than the left one, which is close to the place where the dead person was laid to rest and appears much calmer. The soaring bird above the open bible represents the soul. The organ pipes composed into it were previously in the church organ and symbolize organ music.
